10 minute Shrimp

This is one of my favorite shrimp dishes, and for good reason—it’s incredibly quick to make.

Just toss all the ingredients together in a bowl, and in about 10 minutes you’ll have a delicious meal. It doesn’t get much easier than that!

Serve it with roasted asparagus and slices of French bread for a light yet satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

• 1½ lb shrimp (16/20 count), heads removed and shells peeled

• 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Original seasoning

• 1 teaspoon lemon zest

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crushed rosemary, garlic powder, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

3. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish just large enough to fit them without overlapping (an 11×13-inch dish works well).

5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through
