Fried Feta Stuffed Olives
Oh, these little babies right here… they really do something to me! Once upon a time, we visited our favorite dinner spot on “Italian Night” and these were our appetizer choice. I absolutely loved them. They came with a marinara sauce for dipping, which was pleasant but honestly not necessary. The batter is satisfyingly crunchy, the olive is tender—soft but not too soft—and the feta warms and melts just enough when you bite into it.
