Olive Oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
Chopped Kale, about a handful or two
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 -28oz diced San Marzano tomatoes
2 -28oz cans of water (more if needed)
12oz Ditalini pasta
1 -28oz cannellini beans, drained
6 gloves of crushed garlic
1 cup Parmesan Romano cheese, plus more for serving

Directions:
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to directions
In a large pot, put about 3 tbsp olive oil
On medium heat, add onions and carrots, sautee down onions are soft, you do not want them to brown
Add all other ingredients and allow it to simmer
