Homemade Spicy Croutons

There is no bag crouton that will ever beat a homemade crouton! Crunchy and airy at the same time. The best part is you can season it just how you want. 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups of cubed up french bread (day old)

  • 1 tsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp Emeril's Essence seasoning 

  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic 

  • 1/2 stick butter


Directions: 

  • Melt the butter in a bowl with the minced up garlic. 

  • Add all the seasoning.

  • Toss around the cubed bread and lay out on a cookie sheet. 

  • Cook for about 10 minutes on 350, or until done.
