steak salad with bacon pepper jelly dressing

Ingredients:
4 slices bacon (save 3 tbsp of drippings)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp diced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp jalapeño pepper jelly
Steak for grilling
Salad Greens

Directions:
Cook bacon on medium
When cooked, set aside and save 3 tbsp of drippings
Mix brown sugar in and cook down the garlic until fragrant
Add salt and pepper
Add pepper jelly until melted down
Serve over steak salad

Grill your steak until desired doneness is reached
Slice thin and serve on top of salad
Crumble bacon and blue cheese on top
