This is the kind of flatbread/pizza you can use what you have in your fridge! I always have onions and cherry tomatoes, had an extra bell pepper, some brussels sprouts that needed to be used, so here came this creation!
I made a light garlic butter sauce to put on top to keep all the flavors fresh.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp slap ya mama seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • Tomatoes (cherry style- about 6)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into slices
  • 1/2 medium onion cut into slices
  • Brussels sprouts leaves (from about 4-5 brussels)

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 500
  • Roll out pizza dough
  • In a pan melt butter
  • Add all seasonings and stir
  • Pour on top of your pizza dough and spread it around
  • Add all veggies
  • Make sure you:
    • Slice the onion and bell peppers into strips or bite sized chunks
    • Pull apart the brussels sprout leaves- You want individual leaves spread out on the bread
    • Slice the tomatoes in half
    • Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the crust is cooked
