Follow the same directions as my Everyday Pizza

Chop cooked Pork belly and add it to the top along with
<Pork Belly>
I buy a slab from the local butcher
Cover it liberally with Meat So Horny rub your chub and Slap Ya Mama
I grill it indirect and then put it over high heat so it will crisp up
You can do this same method in the oven
Cook it on 350 until done, then crank it up to 450 to crisp up the fat
