jazzy mushroom pasta
This is a light, easy and tasty side dish to make! You can make it into a meatless main dish too if you want. I think portobellos are flexible like that. They are easy to make a meal out of because they are meaty and filling.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rigatoni
2 tbsp butter
12 oz sliced portobello mushrooms
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp slap ya mama seasoning
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta and set aside
In a large skillet melt butter
Add mushrooms and seasoning
Add heavy cream and bring to a boil
Add in cheese and stir mixture
Add back in the pasta
Serve
