pantry pasta
This is a pasta that is super simple and came about one night when I had a pound of ground beef, but no idea what I wanted to make with it.
So I decided I wanted to make a pasta, but it was dinner and my husband is funny about pasta for dinner. It has to be a filling pasta if it’s for dinner. Hearty and hit all the right spots. I think everyone is like that with pasta dishes, but he is a bit more of a diva. Has to have meat, lord don’t forget that meat! Ha.
I have been trying to cook out of my pantry more, so I used up some beans I had and my diced tomatoes.
This is definitely a perfect dish for a weeknight. Super fast and filling.
