2 8oz cheddar cheese blocks
1 jar of diced pimentos- drain
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4tbsp heavy whipping cream
slap ya mama
cayenne
Directions:
Finely shred the cheddar cheese-
I think it makes a huge difference when you shred your own cheese! Don’t skip this part
Let it come to room temp
In a stand mixer, with a paddle, mix the cheese and mayo
Stir in pimentos
Sprinkle seasonings and taste test to adjust
