Lay out your ingredients and lets mix!

Add butter and shortening to your flour. Cut into the flour.
Add buttermilk and mix.

Lets roll! Roll it out into a rectangle and then fold. Folding creating flaky layers.

Roll gently and cut out your biscuits!

Get ready to bake! Butter before and after baking.

Add whatever you want to your biscuit and enjoy!
