Fried Chicken Wings
Lord, I love fried chicken. Wings are a small piece of heaven for me. The crispy skin and juicy meat, it's what fried chicken is supposed to be!
It really is easy to make, although it may be intimidating for some. Frying takes practice, but when you get the hang of it the results are fantastic food.
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings
Flour for battering
Slap ya mama cajun seasoning
Oil for frying
Directions:
Place oil in a pan or deep fryer that you will fry it (It needs to be enough to almost cover the chicken)
Place raw chicken out so you can season- sprinkle as little or as much slap ya mama seasoning. I do just a little for my kid's chicken, and use a heavier hand for mine.
Lightly dip around in flour making sure all is covered, and then shake it off
Heat oil to 350
Fry chicken until done 10-12 minutes (I do like to flip mine halfway through cooking)
