honey mustard chicken tenders
These little chicken tenders are so easy to cook. Take it and make it on a weeknight in a jiffy. The sauce is kicked up a little with cajun seasoning, and rosemary just because. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4-1/2 tsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp creole mustard
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350
- Heat oil in heavy bottom pan
- Salt and pepper your chicken tenders
- When the oil is hot, place in tenders one at a time
- When they are starting to turn white, flip them and cook them until golden
- You want them almost cooked
- In a small bowl, mix all other ingredients
- Pour on top of chicken
- Place chicken in oven
- Cook for 20 minutes
