Shrimp Brioche Toast

6 slices of brioche bread
1/2 lb Biloxi Company Shrimp (you can use small sized ones for this, as you will chop them up)
1 large egg
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup flour
4 tsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
Oil for frying

Directions:
Take your sliced brioche and cut into triangles (You can cut in half or in quarters)
Set aside
Chop your shrimp very fine <You can put it in a food processor if you’d like with the egg>
Heat Oil on medium high
Mix the shrimp, egg, green onion and Slap Ya Mama
Spread it on the toast
Sprinkle flour onto the mixture and press it down- I find this makes it easier to stay
Do that on each side of the toast
Carefully place down in hot oil and cook until golden
