apple juice slapped pork chops

5 large thick cut pork chops
3 cups apple juice
1/2 cup slap ya mama original seasoning
1 tbsp chopped rosemary

Slap ya mama seasoning to sprinkle on top before cooking

In a large enough container, pour all ingredients and place pork chops in to soak overnight or at least 6 hours
Before grilling, take them out of the brine and pat them dry
Sprinkle slap ya mama original seasoning on each side of chop
Preheat oven to 350
Pre-heat bbq pit in high. Sear each side of the chops but do not fully cook.
Take chops off the grill, place onto a cookie sheet spaced apart
Bake until done (check internal temp, depending on how long you cooked it on the grill the time may vary)
