black and red pan seared pork chops
I love pork chops. Not only are they tasty, but they make for a really easy weeknight meal. These come together quickly, but don't let that fool you, they are still full of flavor!
Ingredients:
- Makes 4-6 servings
- 8 thin sliced pork chops
- 1 tbsp "Nola Red" seasoning from seasonality spices
- 1 tbsp Zatarains Blackened seasoning
- 1 tsp Mrs Dash garlic herb seasoning
- 2 tbsp canola oil
Directions:
- Heat oil in a medium skillet
- Mix spices in a small bowl
- Sprinkle each side of pork chops
- Place one pork chop at a time into the hot oil
- Fry on each side evenly until done
