Bacon bleu burger
I love a good ole' homemade burger! There is nothing better than a fresh patty, whether it is off the grill or fried in a skillet.
Ingredients: Serves 6-8
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Dales steak seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- Bleu Cheese
- 6-8 slices bacon
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix ground beef with the steak seasoning, salt, pepper and egg
- Mix well and form into patties
- Cook patties to medium well or well
- Grill:
- Preheat grill
- Place patties on grill and don't overcrowd
- Cook until desired doneness is reached (flip once)
- Fry in skillet:
- Place a few patties in skillet, not overcrowded
- Cook until desired doneness is reached
- Assemble on buns and serve!
