round steak and gravy 

Sometimes you just need an easy home-style meal.  It might not be the best tasting or fanciest, but it's exactly what you need. 

Ingredients: 

• 8 pieces of round steak sliced to 1/4"
• 8oz container of mushrooms sliced in half 
• 1/2 cup flour 
• 32 oz beef broth 
• salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper 
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 
• 1 tsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning 
• 2 tbsp olive oil 

Directions: 

• Salt and pepper your round steaks and set aside  
• Heat up olive oil in pan 
• Fry each side of the round steaks and set aside 
• Put 1/2 cup flour in the pan and brown it 
• Pour in beef broth 
• Season it with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and slap ya mama seasoning 
• Place steaks back in gravy 
• Cook under tender (You may need to add more beef broth or water)
