shaking beef
Okay... confession. I am a bit obsessed with Asian food! I could eat it any time. You ask me to go, I'm game!
One of the dishes I loved from PF Changs was shaking beef. During my last pregnancy, I couldn't get enough of it. The tomatoes! The potatoes! The broccoli! The pickled onions! The zesty overall freaking goodness. I was in heaven. All my favorites in one dish, all for my pregnancy belly to enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 lbs sliced thin sirloin steak
1-2 potatoes (to preference)
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 large onion
Broccoli *optional
Marinade:
3 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tsp soy sauce
Vinaigrette for onions
1 cup rice vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
Finishing sauce or side sauce
You can add this at the end if you like zesty, but if you don't I recommend you keep it on the side and dip it
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
