grill mat burgers
You've seen them. You've probably even rolled your eyes at them. So did I. So did my husband.
What?
You know those grill mats. The ones you think, "Why would I want to put a mat to cover my grill?" Well, because it's good y'all! I get it. You think the fire is going to do some sort of voodoo magic to your food. Meh. We used these mats when we cooked burgers, and they really came out great. The moisture stayed in the meat. I didn't get the grill marks I wanted, but the maker of the grill mats told me to not flip it until it is totally done on that side. So, I will keep on trying until I get that line!
Below is the seasoning that I use for any regular burger. It is Emeril's recipe and it is hot dang perfect. I will never mess with it, nope nope nope.
