oven roasted corn
This is such an easy way to cook corn. It feels right for summer time cooking. I love corn on the grill, but it never comes out too great and, it's hot outside! So this goes right in the oven and comes out perfect every single time.
Ingredients:
Corn - husk removed and ends cut
Butter
Slap ya mama cajun seasoning
garlic powder
Finely grated parmesan
Directions:
Heat oven to 375
Lay each ear of corn on a piece of foil that is large enough to wrap the corn up completely
Put a couple of pats of butter around the butter
Sprinkle cajun seasoning and garlic powder on top
Wrap up and cook for 40 minutes
When you unfoil the corn, sprinkle parmesan on top
