cut-out cookies
After many failed attempts trying to make cut-out cookies, my mother-in-law finally shared her recipe! They’re really perfect. Not too sweet, not too fluffy or too crunchy, just simple and easy to decorate with or without kids!
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
