Lauren's Cookie salad 

The first year my sister-in-law came for Thanksgiving, one of the things she said she wanted to bring was Cookie Salad. Never in my life had I heard of Cookie Salad! I kept asking my brother what it was, of course he had no idea. Well, what a fabulous treat it has been to have this dish and her in our family now!
Every year my kids (and everyone, but definitely the kids!) look forward to this.  
This year, the day after Thanksgiving, my son asked if he could please have Cookie Salad and Sweet Potatoes for breakfast. They are much loved dishes for the holidays. 

Ingredients: 

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 small pack vanilla pudding 
• 1 can (big) mandarin oranges 
• 1 can crushed pineapple 
• 1 cool whip tub
• 1/2 bag mini marshmallows 
• Keebler fudge stripe cookies 

Directions: 

• Mix buttermilk with the pack of vanilla pudding 
• Fold in cool whip
• Mix in marshmallows
