White Chocolate Cherry Blondies
Batter:
3/4 cup butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
4 oz white choco chips
1/2 cup dried cherries
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Frosting:
1 package cream cheese, softened 1 cup confectioners sugar
8oz white chocolate chips (melted) 1/2 cup dried cherries chopped Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in bowl
Stir in brown sugar
Let cool a bit
Beat in one egg at a time
In a sep bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt
Stir into butter mixture and add cherries and white choc chips Spray a 13x9 pan and spread batter evenly
Bake 18-20 mins
Let cool
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese
Add confectioner sugar
Gradually mix in melted white chocolate (save some if you want to drizzle on top)
Fold in chopped cherries
Spread over cooled batter
Drizzle white chocolate on top
